The UNHCR WASH Monitoring System includes monitoring of WASH conditions at the community level in refugee settings on a monthly basis. All refugee settings should be surveyed on a monthly basis using the Monthly Report Card. Indicators are tracked on the Refugee WASH Dashboard.

D) Data Entry The Integrated Refugee Health Information System (iRHIS) is the online platform where data from the Monthly Report Card is entered.
