PARA POWERLIFTING RULES

The official World Para Powerlifting Rules and Regulations (2018-2021) were published and came into force on 18 September 2018. The Rules and Regulations update was completed after having followed all processes and input from the current Sport Technical Committee and the Management Team.

Approved Suppliers

At all recognised competitions, only equipment (bars, collars, weights, platforms and benches) from World Para Powerlifting Approved Suppliers is permitted to be used.
