In addition, Ukrainian students study the Georgian language and literature so they can build stronger ties with their host nation. The Georgian government says more than 1,500 Ukrainian students are currently enrolled in schools across the country.

Residents of Barmal District in Afghanistan are helping to build earthquake-resilient houses. Work is progressing on 85 houses in Wara village as UNHCR aims to provide winter-ready homes.
