    UPDATE 1: on the just adopted Budget 2019 in the Summit in Mauritania. This budget is evidence of Africa’s commitment to financial independence & AU reforms. The 2019 budget reflects a significant decrease by about 12% from the 2018 Budget. 2019 budget totals $681.5M.
