The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Romania, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of one of more Frame Agreements for the provision of travel and event organizing services, as well as other related ground services (referred to hereinafter as travel services).
