    This is unbearable. Cruel & inhumane. Separating children from parents. Putting them in cages. Dehumanisation of worst kind. Trauma like this damages & haunts children. PM must condemn & raise UK abhorrence directly with US President & urge him to stop this

    Sometimes truth transcends party.

    I live in a border state. I appreciate the need to enforce and protect our international boundaries, but this zero-tolerance policy is cruel. It is immoral. And it breaks my heart.
