    Horrifying but important to be reminded that in 72 states worldwide same-sex sexual practices are still criminal and some carry life imprisonment or even death penalty. So much more to do for true LGBT+ equality and safety everywhere.

    Rachel talks about progress, recalling the past location of the VD clinic at the end of the 'corridor of shame'. Current geography is so much better. Their clinic at Dean St in the heart of Soho does a great job at reaching the populations it needs to reach
