DRC | Danish Refugee Council
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has been operational in Myanmar since 2009, responding initially to post-Nargis needs in the Ayeyarwaddy Division. In 2012, DRC broadened its presence and programmatic outreach by merging with the Danish Demining Group (DDG). DRC Myanmar currently operates in three of Myanmar’s seven states: Kachin, Kayah and Rakhine and, having recently extended its MOU with the Ministry of Social Welfare until the end of 2017, will soon commence activities in Kayin State. -
