Srpsko narodno vijeće

Srpsko narodno vijeće (SNV) je izabrano političko, savjetodavno i koordinacijsko tijelo koje djeluje kao samouprava Srba u Republici Hrvatskoj vezano za ostvarivanje njihovih ljudskih, građanskih i nacionalnih prava, kao i pitanja njihova identiteta, sudjelovanja i integracije u hrvatsko društvo.

Projekt koji provodi SNV uz podršku UNHCR-a nosi naziv Pravna pomoć povratnicima izvan područja posebne državne skrbi te ima za cilj doprinijeti održivosti procesa povratka u Hrvatsku. Konkretnije, ovaj projekt ima za cilj osigurati pristup osnovnim uslugama pravne pomoći za povratnike i sve pojedince koji se suočavaju s preprekama svoje integracije u hrvatsko društvo. Povratak prijeratnih stanovnika u urbana područja podržava mreža ureda SNV-a za pružanje pravne pomoći u Zagrebu, Karlovcu i Rijeci.

Serbian National Council (SNV, Srpsko narodno vijeće) is elected political, consulting and coordinating body acting as a self government of Serbs in the Republic of Croatia concerning the issues of their human, civil and national rights, as well the issues of their identity, participation and integration in the Croatian society.

Legal Assistance to Returnees outside the Areas of Special State Concernis the name of the UNHCR backed project implemented by SNVwith the aim to contribute to the sustainability of the process of return to Croatia. More specifically, this project aims to ensure access to basic legal aid services for returnees and all individuals facing obstacles that prevent their integration into Croatian society. The return of the pre-war inhabitants to the urban areas is supported by legal aid office network of SNVteams located in Zagreb, Karlovac and Rijeka.
