Legal Instruments Related to Internally Displaced Persons

The "Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement", although not legally binding, are the main instrument specifically dealing with internally displaced persons (IDPs). They restate and compile human rights and humanitarian law relevant to internally displaced persons.
