    @Offce0fRG @pbspiegel Indeed, Raul. These Rohingya refugees have been in Bangladesh since the early 90s, have phones, speak English and are participating through Coursera. For most Rohingya refugees, however, access to education remains limited at primary level and unavailable for teenagers.
