Dr. Masum Iftekhar, Noakhali civil surgeon and UNHCR inaugurated the newly expanded inpatient care facility, a renovated operation theatre and an emergency unit at Noakhali Sadar District Hospital, in the presence of the Hospital Superintendent Dr Uddin.
