Schutz brauchen.

This video is not from today. But every week cargo planes, chartered by UNHCR, land in Rzeszów 🇵🇱 . And every day trucks or convoys from #UNHCR leaving from Rzeszów to #Ukraine 🇺🇦 , to help the people in need. We will not stop our work! Please, please do not stop your support. 🇺🇳 https://t.co/sUmD0s4OKX

3’000’000 There are three million refugees from #Ukraine now, according to #UNHCR. If these #refugees would form a country it would be bigger than Armenia, Qatar, Jamaica, Namibia, or Latvia. Or a third of all the 193 UN member states in the world! And 90% are women and children. https://t.co/rvpoDAKxLV

35’000 blankets. Thousands of mattresses. Sleeping bags. Solar lamps. Jerry cans. Kitchen sets. Tarpaulin. UNHCR trucks are going from #Poland to #Ukraine every day. By the way, the brave truckers are from Poland 🇵🇱, Ukraine 🇺🇦, and Russia 🇷🇺. And they are best friends. #UNHCR 🇺🇳 https://t.co/bkAR3p95FN

I met Irina and Valentina in Medyka and their fate touched me. That’s why I wanted to tell their story. And especially the one of Andrii. He became a refugee in the second month of his life. If you want to know why we should support #Refugees, read this story. #Ukraine️ #UNHCR https://t.co/vk7gb0KXPH

8000 square meters. A Jumbo Jet could park here. But UNHCR’s warehouse in Rzeszów, Poland is almost empty. Because UNHCR's relief supplies go immediately from 🛫 via 🚚 to where they belong: To the people in need in #Ukraine. Kudos to the drivers who are doing the tour every day! https://t.co/jlBIPnPguT

It is two weeks now. The two sentences I have heard the most: „When do you think we can go home again?“ And: „I miss daddy so much.“ #Ukraine #Refugees https://t.co/0HfCbdq1cB

The situation at the border between Ukraine / Poland is a little more relaxed. Budomierz reports no waiting time at all, at least at the Polish side. But snow and freezing temperatures are a threat. Remember, 90 percent of the refugees are women and children. #Ukraine️ #UNHCR 🇺🇳 https://t.co/nGv6rvIxN0
