A series of talk shows and interviews moderated by the popular Somali social activist Ifrah Ahmed. In eight episodes, Ifrah Ahmed will be discussing one of the most pressing issues in Somali society today: Tahriib, irregular movements in which (mostly young) Somalis are travelling with smugglers, some fleeing war and persecution, others hoping to reach Europe and a better future.

Telling the Real Story cooperated with Universal TV, a Somali channel, in organizing a talk show on Tahriib.

TRS together with Horn Cable television, held a talk show on Tahriib and its effects on the community. The talk show brought together three panellists: an author called Mohamed Hussein Geeldon who wrote a book called We Almost Kissed The Ground on his attempted journey to Europe.
