Please find attached an undated document entitled "Visa Requirements," forwarded by the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Ukraine in Canada on 12 September 2002. According to the Counsellor, the Ukrainian Consulate of New York issued this document to interested parties in the period between 1994 and 1998 (Embassy of Ukraine 12 Sept. 2002).
