As per our telephone conversation, the issue of Africa Confidential (Vol. 31, No. 4) that carries the requested articles could not be found among the IRBDC files. However, as discussed, please find attached a copy of page 4 of Vol. 31, No. 19, which in the last paragraph of the article "A Man in no Hurry" quotes information related to that provided in the requested document.
