The attached article from the Africa Research Bulletin reports that CCM government ministers were allegedly to be involved in incidents of "antagonism from indigenous Tanzanians towards the wealth and prosperity of Tanzanians of Arab or Asian ethnic origin," but no other information is provided (21 Sept. 1994, 11546).
