In 23 August 2012 correspondence with the Research Directorate, an official at the Consulate General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in Toronto provided a copy of the Status of Children Act, revised and passed in 2011. The copy is attached to this Response.
This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim for refugee protection.
