A 10 April 2000 Kosavapress News Agency Website states:
The Unikomb party (Party of National Unity) held a press conference today in the Grand Hotel in Pristina to inform the newsmen about the goal and missions of this party. According to Muhamet Kelmendi, the acting chairman of this party, the party's goal is to achieve the historic aspirations of the Albanian nation for a free life and progress and for its political and territorial unification. ... It was said at this conference that the international factors must use mechanisms to exert additional pressure on the Belgrade regime to release all the Albanian who are being held like prisoners of war and, in particular, pressure should be exerted for the release of Ukshin Hoti [the Unikomb leader].
No additional information on Unikomb in Yugoslavia could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
