No provisions in the Constitution of Turkey and the Law on Turkish Nationality (1964) (available at your Regional Documentation Centre) mention that Turkish nationality can be denied on the basis of religion (Flanz 1984, 24; Turkey, Law on Turkish Nationality Mar. 1964).
