For information on the activities of the Yugoslav air force, and on Serbian aircraft and the Serbian air force in Bosnia in 1992 and 1993, including information on whether villages or civilian areas were bombed, please consult the attachments. Information on whether there have been allegations that members of the Yugoslav air force may be implicated by the war crimes tribunal in the Hague could not be found among the sources consulted by the DIRB.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
