Russian opposition activist Leonid Razvozzhayev testifies in January via videolink.
Jailed Russian opposition activist Leonid Razvozzhayev has been released from solitary confinement and returned to his regular prison cell.
The Federal Service of Correctional Institutions (GUFSIN) in Irkutsk Oblast said Razvozzhayev served less than three days in solitary because he apologized for "blocking medical personnel from entering his cell and putting a towel on the bars of his cell door."
Razvozzhayev received five days of solitary confinement on February 19 during his pretrial detention.
He was arrested in October 2012 for his alleged role in organizing unsanctioned, violent protests in Moscow in May.
He is also charged with armed robbery in connection with a 15-year-old incident in Siberia, illegal border-crossing, and making a false crime report.
Razvozzhayev has insisted the authorities kidnapped him in Ukraine, brought him back to Russia, and used torture to force him to confess.
