No copy of the Paraguayan Immigration Act could be found through Canadian public sources. Attached is a copy of the articles of the Paraguayan Consitution related to nationality and political rights.

 The only reference to minority abuse in Paraguay available at present at the IRBDC, Ottawa, was found in the World Human Rights Guide; a copy of the relevant entries is included.
