According to a 27 April 1996 Diario Las Americas report, Miguel Aguiar Dubrocq was the first person deported to Cuba by Spanish authorities. After his passport and papers were stolen, Dubrocq was incarcerated three days before his deportation and held incommunicado in Madrid. Please consult the attached document for additional information on his case.
