Women outside a mortuary in the southern Indian city of Hyderabad mourn the death of a relative who was killed in one of the February 21 explosions.
Indian authorities are hunting for the perpetrators of a double-bombing in the southern city of Hyderabad that killed at least 14 people.
The bombs, attached to two bicycles, exploded on February 21 in what's described as the deadliest bombing in India in more than one year.
Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, who visited the bombing site, declined to say who may have been responsible for the blasts in the city, where many information-technology companies have offices.
Shinde said Indian officials had received intelligence warnings of a security threat before the blasts, but had no details that Hyderabad would be targeted.
The blasts came less than two weeks after a Kashmiri man was hanged by the government after being convicted of involvement in a deadly 2001 attack on Indian's parliament.
