A court in Moscow has rejected a man's attempt to sue Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB). Former prosecutor Igor Stepanov had filed a lawsuit against the FSB for ordering him to work in the breakaway Georgian region of South Ossetia in 2008. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
