1) and 2) The IRBDC attached a copy of the Law on Citizenship to the response to information request #3899 which was sent to you on 25 January 1990. Chapter Three deals with the Acquisition of Bulgarian Citizenship Through Naturalization and Chapter Four covers Release from Bulgarian Citizenship.
3) We attach a copy of the translation of the changes to the citizenship law which was mentioned in information request #3899.
