Information on an organization called Movimiento Teocratico or Theocratic Movement is scarce among the sources consulted by the DIRB.

Please find attached a 1 March 1995 CHIP News article that provides information on an organization being investigated for fraud named Theocratic Movement - Revoluntionaries for Christ. A 3 January 1988 Washington Post article refers to a "theocratic movement" of right wing vigilantes that dumped offal in front of the offices of an opposition weekly for printing a religious cartoon.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum. Please find below the list of additional sources consulted in researching this Information Request.
