Information on this specific subject is currently unavailable to the DIRB. However, according a 7 January 1994 Radio Free Europe/Radio Library (RFE/RL) report, "within Serbia and Montenegro Milosevic had control of the vital means to suppress by force anyone who posed a serious threat" (134).
