Information on a "First City Hospital" located at 11 Nojeem Mayegun Road, Obalende, Lagos could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate; however, sources consulted identify "Danisam Pharmacy" as being located at the address of 11 Nojeem Maiyegun [also spelled Nojim Mayegun] Road, Obalende, Lagos (NigeriaGalleria.com n.d.b; Afritradomedic n.d.; NigeriaPharm n.d.).

Two Nigerian online directories indicate that a "First City Hospital Ltd" is located at Plot 1146, Amodu Ojikutu [or Ojukutu] Street, Victoria Island, Lagos (Nigerian Yellow Pages n.d.; NigeriaGalleria.com n.d.a).

Information on Dr. O.A. Akinro could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
