According to The Europa Year Book 1986, the ambassador of Afghanistan in Czechoslovakia from 1984 to 1986 was Mohammad Sharif Karimzadah (Europa 1986 1986, 846; Europa 1985 1985, 387; Europa 1984 1984, 382). The Europa Year Book 1983 shows that there was no ambassador in the Afghan mission in Czechoslovakia in 1983. According to this source, there was only a chargé d'affaires ad interim by the name of Rabbani Burna. The Afghan ambassador in Czechoslovakia in 1982 and 1983 was Yasin Bonyadi (Europa 1982 1982, 529; Europa 1981 1981, 535).
