U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has visited a Syrian refugee camp in Jordan.
Kerry met five Syrian women and a man in Zaatari, a camp that houses more than 100,000 people close to the Syrian border.
Kerry was accompanied by Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh.
During Kerry's meetings with the refugees, all of them asked for the United States to establish a no-fly zone over Syria to stop government air attacks.
Kerry said, "A lot of different options are under consideration" but added there was no simple solution.
About 600,000 Syrian refugees now live in Jordan and the country is struggling to cope with their presence.
Syria's other neighbors, Lebanon and Turkey, have also absorbed hundreds of thousands of refugees.
