Tens of thousands of protesters have taken to the streets in Morocco's largest city, Casablanca, accusing the government of failing to deliver promised reforms.
The May 27 rally was organized by trade unions, which have been calling for an improvement in salaries and social conditions.
Morocco's King Mohammed VI last year curbed his powers and pledged a series of reforms in an effort to hold off Arab Spring-style protests.
In November, polls brought to power a coalition government led by a moderate Islamist party, the Justice and Development Party.
It has pledged to fight for more social justice in a country mired by high unemployment and illiteracy rates.
