According to information provided on its Website, the Queen Disco is located at the following address: Ejército de los Andes 656, Dorrego/Guaymallén, Mendoza (2000a). This information is corroborated by the Guía Gay de Argentina, an on-line guide to bars, cinemas and other establishments serving the country's homosexual population (2000).

Although no specific information on the profile of individuals frequenting the Queen Disco could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate, the establishment's Website provides information on recent and upcoming events. These include "Mr. Queen Argentina", a gay men's beauty contest (Queen Disco ibid. 2000b), "drag queen" shows, which take place weekly (ibid. 2000c), and the National Gay Vendimia [Vintage] Festival, an annual event first held at the discotheque in 1996 (ibid. 2000d).

No mention of a police raid on the Queen Disco on 31 December 1999 could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
