According to information provided by the office of the International Assistance Group at the Department of Justice in Ottawa, Canada and Bolivia have an extradition treaty that was originally signed by Great Britain and Bolivia, and which is still in force (23 Nov. 1995).

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
