Selon le Conseiller aux Affaires culturelles et consulaires de l'ambassade du Bénin à Ottawa, le chef d'état-major des armées du Bénin est le colonel Séraphin Noukpou, en poste depuis la fin du mois d'avril ou le début du mois de mai 1993 (2 juin 1993).
La DGDIR ne dispose, à l'heure actuelle, d'aucune information supplémentaire sur ce sujet.
