In a facsimile sent to the DIRB on 19 December 1995, the acting deputy prosecutor of the Hague's International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991, in response to questions on the above-mentioned topics, stated that the tribunal is legally obliged not to disclose information it possesses without the consent of the provider of the information.
