Please provide information relating to: (i) Whether a Christian person affiliated with the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and who intends to work in the oil industry would be at risk of harm from MEND (a) in the Niger Delta, and (b) elsewhere in Nigeria; a) Whether such a person would be at risk of harm from MEND in the Niger Delta. b) Whether such a person would be at risk of harm from MEND elsewhere in Nigeria.
