Information on whether a non-national (Sri Lankan) has the right to remain in Oman could not be found among the sources consulted by the DIRB. However, please find attached a 3 May 1996 Moneyclips article which carries the new Law on Residence of Expatriates in Oman and a June 1995 Middle East Executive Reports article which provides a commentary on this legislation.
