Although a reference was found to the Ijaw Youths Consultative Forum, one of several groups organizing an Ijaw youth conference in the Niger Delta (NDC Aug. 2003), no references specifically mentioning the Ijaw Youth Forum (IYF) could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
