Moscow police raided the Moskva shopping center in the capital's Lyublino district on an apparent search for illegal migrants, detaining some 700 people.
Russian media report the police encircled all entrances and exits to the shopping center and were checking the documents of everyone there.
Some people tried to leave the territory of the shopping center by climbing a fence but were detained by police. The police raided the same mall a week ago.
Over 1,000 people were taken to police stations on November 20.
Based on reporting by ITAR-TASS and Interfax
