Manual rich text block, in case we need to revert to using this structure, with ITBs as of 26/5/23. Now using dynamic document list (above) instead. It's working fine except for the View more button. Following issues have been reported, at the view more link:
- no closing dates listed
- links to annexes don't work.
- Invitation to bid No. 2023_ITB_046 for the establishment of a frame agreement for the supply of UNHCR Biometrics Hardware
