UNHCR has partnered with Rape Crisis Society (RCSTT) to provide counselling and psychological support services. RCSTT are a team of certified counsellors and psychologists who provide direct counselling services survivors of trauma, sexual and gender-based violence and domestic violence. They are also available to speak with persons needing general counselling support to deal with stress or depression. Women, men, boys and girls of all ages can access their services by appointment and all sessions are private and confidential.

Rape Crisis Society launched a Hotline service for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). The service provides basic counselling support and information on services in both Spanish and English. There is no cost to contact the Hotline.
