Philippines: 1. What is the geographic range of the RHB (Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan), also referred to as the RHB-ABB? 2. What is the relationship between the RHB and the NPA? (Is it such that the NPA would pursue RHB targets?) 3. It appears that the RHB targets government officials (including municipal officials). Is there evidence that they also target their families? 4.
