Israel has extradited to Bosnia an Israeli citizen of Serb origin to face genocide charges over his alleged involvement in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre.
The Israeli Justice Ministry said the extradition of Aleksandar Cvetkovic was "Israel's first in a genocide case."
Prosecutors say Cvetkovic was part of an eight-man firing squad that took part in the killing of some 8,000 Muslim men and boys in Europe's worst atrocity since World War II.
The Bosnian-born Cvetkovic emigrated to Israel with his Jewish wife and children in 2006 and received Israeli citizenship.
He was arrested in January 2011 on an international arrest warrant.
He has denied the charges, saying he was merely serving as an army driver when Srebrenica fell to Serb forces during Bosnia's 1992-95 war.
