Russian police have arrested a man who they say fired shots at the Turkish Embassy in Moscow.
Russian news agencies report that Artur Mirzoyan, an Armenian businessman, was detained after allegedly opening fire twice with a hunting rifle shortly after 8:00 a.m. local time.
The reports say the gunfire struck an embassy sign depicting the Turkish coat of arms.
Authorities said nobody was hurt in the incident.
