D'après le Ministère des affaires extérieures du Canada, qui est en contact téléphonique hebdomadaire avec la représentation canadienne à Chypre, les citoyens libanais n'ont pas besoin d'un visa de visiteur ni d'aucune autre sorte pour se rendre à Chypre. Il leur suffit simplement de pouvoir défrayer le coup du passage et se voient accorder le droit de débarquer sur le térritoire chypriote.
