The latest amendment included here is Legislative Act No. 2 of 1994 dated 23 August 1994. Resolution No. 12 of 17 March 1995 of the Ministry of Government and Justice established a Commission to produce a new codified text of the Constitution. The new text was adopted by Resolution No. 40 of 26 May 1995 of the Ministry of Government and Justice and was published in the Gaceta Oficial dated 2 June 1995. |
