What is the Comité d'Initiative pour la Développement du Fouta (CIDF)?
Response:
Information on the CIDF could not be found among the sources available to the RIC. A Mauritania Desk Officer at the Department of State stated that the CIDF was not listed as a legally existing organization in Mauritania.
