The Commission decided to request the Sub-Commission to defer the implementation of the decision contained in paragraph 17 of Sub-Commission resolution 1982/10 until consideration of the question by the Commission at its fortieth session.[1]129 Adopted at the 48th meeting, on 4 March 1983, without a vote.
